Event Website Design

Event website design

In an age where commercial supremacy is often battled out on the internet, a well designed and functional event website is now probably the most important element of your event or events's marketing campaign. It is the permanent ‘home’ of the event and the quickest and most cost effective way of communicating event updates to your clients all over the world.

Why use INZIMO to build your conference or event website?

  • We know that it’s important for a website to look amazing – but where we also focus our attention is how to capture visitor data, turn visitors into prospects and prospects into bookings
  • We understand the unique, ever changing nature of event campaigns and have a CMS system and support team that can help you from the ideas stage to post-event analysis
  • All event website and corporate website projects are overseen by Michael Travers, who has project managed over 100 websites for highly profitable conferences and events on behalf of clients at INZIMO and previously, as Group Head of Marketing at World Trade Group
  • We have a great design and development team who take great pride in the 'look and feel' of every event website we design

Also, we are inexpensive! We don’t just build the sites, we consult with you on the best way to attract visitors and convert them into signed bookings!

CMS (Content Management Systems)

We use a variety of back end management system that allows our clients to take complete control of their event websites as their event and business develops. This means that updates can be made immediately and keeps maintenance costs down.

INZIMO have developed our own proprietory Content Management System (Zitech) but also develop sites using other popular systems depending on requirements. This includes Drupal, Joomla and WordPress.
